Liability and Indemnity
The training provided by Narrow Path Bushcraft & Survival is conducted in such a manner as to educate while minimizing the risks involved. However, it must be understood that this type of training does have inherent risks. Burns, cuts and scrapes, falls, and worse can occur. While every effort will be made to reduce such risks and minimize the danger, things do happen. All occurrences of a minor nature will be dealt with at the scene by a qualified first aider. More serious injuries will be dealt with by medical teams, either onsite or at a medical facility. A signed liability indemnity declaration must be submitted by all students prior to commencing training, holding the Company and their agents wholly blameless for such incidents. The waiver form will be sent by e-mail shortly after payment is submitted and must be returned completed and signed/witnessed by the first day of the course. Failure to submit the completed waiver form will result in non-participation on the course.
Payment
Payment must be received in full at the time of booking the course or activity, unless specific alternate prior arrangements have been made with the Company. Payment may be made by e-transfer or via PayPal.
